R J GUITARS will close at 4pm on saturday 6th August. Any remaining tickets after that time can be bought from festival staff at the free events. Any returned tickets will be sold at the marquee on the night

How much are the tickets? £12.50 Friday, £17.50 Saturday or Sunday, Any 2 nights £30, All 3 nights £40 a great saving

Is there an age limit? Yes minimum 8 years

Is it seated or standing? Both. You may bring you own small folding chairs if you wish.

Where is the festival held? In and around the centre of the village. The main events are held in marquee in the top car park

Is there a bar? Yes

Are tickets refundable? Tickets are non transferable and not refundable. If you cannot come return your tickets to us and if we can resell them we will refund you.

Can I help at the festival? Yes pls email us

Is there disabled access? Yes but stewards will be on hand for extra help if required

Can we become a sponsor? A few VIP sponsorships are available (£115 Fri Only. £285 Sat & Sun. £350 All 3 NIghts) which includes a table for six in a side marquee for both nights with a bottle of champagne each night, table service & access to your own toilet area.

Can we play at the festival?  Yes, but only if you apply in writing with a demo cd and it helps to have a website. Saturday buskers may apply by email. See contact pages for address etc

Where can we stay in New Quay? There are lots of campsites, selfcatering cottages and caravans, bed and breakfasts and hotels. Check our sponsors list first of all for the best of them

What time do the marquee shows finish?  About 11.45pm
